After incorporating the main concerns and suggestions received for this initiative, here is the proposed summer study/writing schedule:
Mondays - Organization/Discussion day. We could set goals for the week, discuss questions that arose during the weekly work. Assignments such as summaries, discussions about comp related topics (inviting a professor when likely/necessary), exchange of material, etc.
Tuesday-Thursdays: Mostly quiet reading / writing, sort of a support group against procrastination.
Fridays: Fun!
Trial Location: School of Communications Reading & Resource center. First floor, to the left entering from the parking lot of the Communications building.
Start time: 9.30 am next Monday.
